The 17-year-old was an epilepsy sufferer, although it is not known if this was a contributing factor to the accident. Now Jack Cozens, of Bosville Drive; Angus and Eric Wyatt of Granville Road; Joffie Shea of Bosville Drive; Edmund Davies of Linden Chase; Alex Edwards of Chipstead Lane; and Peter Rawlins of Marlborough Crescent have raised more than £2,000 in aid of Epilepsy Action. All are aged 18 except Angus, who is 54. Jack said that Will "stood out as one of the brightest pupils in the year group". "Most people's lasting memory of him will be of the huge grin that he always wore on his face," he said. In spite of torrential rain in Loch Ness, an accident involving a cattle grid in the Lake District, getting lost around Bristol for four hours, and a total of 15 punctures, the group arrived in Land's End after 14 days of cycling. They began their journey on August 19, the first anniversary of Will's funeral. Jack went on to describe the experience of the trip as "a somewhat trying and emotional, but ultimately incredible couple of weeks". To donate visit www.justgiving .com/sevenoaks7forwillcarus 0 0
